CareBridge
Multi-specialty care, one record
A patient opens this with a problem — a chest pain, a child's fever, a prescription to refill, a report to collect — and CareBridge routes them to the right department, the right service and the right outcome, then carries the record forward so the next visit starts where the last one ended.

Reference
About this prototype. Every person, facility and phone number comes from Appendix E of the specification — one shared cast so a screenshot in a deck matches a fixture in a test. Everyone here is fictional. Phone numbers use the 555 exchange, and while 911 is shown on the emergency surface it is never a live link: a click-through demo dialling a real emergency service is a genuine incident. No photographs are attached to any patient or clinician; avatars are generated initials on a deterministic tint.
It adapts to what it is opened on. There is no device picker. The app measures its own environment and lays itself out accordingly — a fixed 88 px rail and twelve-column field on a Mac or desktop, an eight-column layout with a floating tab bar on iPad, and a single column on iPhone. Resize the window and watch it hand off.
