Tighten or loosen what Keel handles on its own. Two categories are permanently locked to Always Ask — those are safety rails built into the product, not settings you’ve left conservative.
Keel files transactions on its own when its confidence clears this bar. Anything below it comes to you as a choice between the top two candidates — and below a hard 40% floor, Keel never guesses at all.

Bills from established vendors (two or more matching charges on record) pay automatically up to this ceiling. A charge that drifts more than 15% from its history is treated as a new decision and held for you, whatever the amount.

When the 90-day projection dips below this line, Keel raises a flag in Activity. A flag is information only — it never blocks a payment or takes an action on its own.

The first reminder sends automatically once an invoice is 7+ days overdue, in your standard friendly tone. Every reminder after the first — or any firmer tone — comes to you for approval. If a client disputes an invoice, the whole sequence pauses and routes to Approvals.

The first payment to any vendor Keel hasn’t paid before always comes to you — regardless of amount, confidence, or any setting on this page. This is a rail, not a limitation: it’s what makes every other automation on this page safe to allow.

Duplicate charges, disputed invoices, and out-of-pattern activity always stop and wait for a human. Confirming a flagged pair as legitimate de-prioritizes that exact vendor-and-amount match in future scans — it never blinds Keel to a genuine duplicate later.
